How do I clean it?

It can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If you prefer, you can wash it with soap and a brush, then rinse it afterward. If a stain-causing substance has spilled on it, gently use the sandpaper included in the box.

Can it lose its absorbency?

If that happens, gently use the included sandpaper to remove any limescale residue and particles that may have built up over time, then rinse it with water.

Doesn't it slip?

It does not slip because it includes a non-slip rubber mesh that is placed under the mat

What should I do if my mat arrives damaged?

Please email us at mynaturmat@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost. When your replacement mat arrives, please give the damaged mat, along with its original packaging, to the delivery driver.
